Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using UTMStandard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. UTMStandard is operated by RevOps Global LLC.
2. Description of service
UTMStandard provides UTM parameter governance, link management, branded short links, click analytics, and related tools for marketing teams. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account credentials or use another person's account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use UTMStandard to:
- Create or distribute links to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
- Conduct phishing, spam, or other fraudulent activities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Use the service in a way that disrupts or degrades performance for other users
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
5. Billing and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you downgrade or cancel, your workspace reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period — no data is deleted. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact hello@utmstandard.io.
6. Your data
You own your data. We do not claim ownership over any links, UTM parameters, templates, or analytics you create or collect. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
7. Intellectual property
UTMStandard, its logo, and all associated software are owned by RevOps Global LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand names.
8. Uptime and service levels
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We recommend customers maintain their own backups of critical link data via our CSV export feature.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevOps Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of UTMStandard. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
